Account & Profile Management

Step 1: Choose Account Role
Select "Contractor" as your account type. (You may also choose "Owner" if applicable.)

Step 2: Enter Your Mobile Number
Provide a valid mobile phone number. This number will be used for login and verification.

Step 3: Set Your Password
  • Create a strong password
  • Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special symbol.

Step 4: Register Your Account
  • Click the "Register" button to create your account
  • By clicking Register, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Step 5: Verify with OTP
Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile number to complete the registration

Step 1: Enter Your Mobile Number
Type your registered mobile number in the phone number field.

Step 2: Enter Your Password
Input your account password in the password field.

Step 3: Click the “Login” Button
Tap the “Login” button to proceed.

Step 4: Select Your Role (Only if you have both roles)
  • Contractor
  • Owner
If your account has only one role, you will be directed to that role automatically.

Verifying your account helps build trust, shows that your business is legitimate, and gives you access to the full features of the platform. It also increases your chances of being selected for projects. Without verification, your account will have limited access and fewer opportunities to connect with potential clients.

Follow these steps to verify your account and gain access to all platform features:

Step 1: Open the Verification Menu
  • Log in to your account
  • Tap the hamburger menu (☰) at the top-right corner of the screen
  • Select "Verify Account Now"
Step 2: Begin Verification
You'll see a prompt: choose "Verify" to proceed or "Skip" to do it later

Step 3: Fill in Company Information
  • Company Name
  • Company Registration Number (SSM)
  • Company Email Address
  • Company Address
  • Upload SSM Certificate (PDF or Image file)
  • Company Website or Profile Link (optional but recommended)
Click Next to continue

Step 4: Enter Bank Information
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • Account Holder Name
Click Next to continue.

Step 5: Upload Your ID
  • Upload a photo of your ID
  • You may choose to open the camera to take a live photo
  • Ensure the image is clear and readable

Step 6: Fill in ID Details
  • Full Name (as per ID)
  • IC Number or Passport Number
Click Next.

Step 7: Add CIDB Grade (Optional)
  • You may provide your CIDB Grade and documentation
  • This step is optional
Click Submit to complete the verification process.

Keeping your profile information up to date ensures better communication and accurate account details.

Step 1: Open the Profile Menu
  • Log in to your account
  • Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner
  • Select "My Profile"
Step 2: Edit Profile Details
You can now update the following information:
  • Nickname
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth (DOB)
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Address Information
Step 3: Save Changes
After making your updates, scroll down and tap "Save" to apply the changes.

Uploading your CIDB certificate is optional but strongly encouraged. Once verified, a CIDB badge will be displayed on your profile to enhance your credibility and build trust with potential clients.

Step 1: Open the Menu
Tap the ☰ hamburger menu (top-left corner of the screen).

Step 2: Go to Your Profile
Select "My Profile" from the menu options.

Step 3: Click on "Grade"
In your profile section, tap "Grade" to access the CIDB validation page.

Step 4: Upload Your CIDB Media
Tap "Upload Media" and select the required CIDB document/photo from your device.

Step 5: Save
After uploading, tap "Save" to submit your grade for validation.

Follow these steps to update your account password:

Step 1: Open Settings
  • Log in to your account
  • Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner
  • Select "Settings"
Step 2: Change Your Password
  • Tap on "Change Password"
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password
  • Confirm the new password
Step 3: Save
Tap "Save" to apply your new password

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Step 1: Tap "Forgot Password"
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”

Step 2: Enter Your Mobile Number
Input the mobile phone number linked to your account

Step 3: Set a New Password
  • Enter your new password
  • Re-enter the new password to confirm
Step 4: Verify with OTP
  • You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS
  • Enter the OTP to verify and complete the reset process
Once verified, your password will be successfully updated and you can log in with the new credentials.
